But let me ask a nasty question
Will a guy really be happy with his girl’s figure if it is beautifully done by plastic surgery and he knows it is a fake too? Would it be the same feeling as making love with a ‘Lady-boy’ ?

Answer for first question is "yes". I'd say like 99% of the men will be pleased if their woman is beautiful.
For 2nd question, do you even know what exactly a 'Lady-boy' is?
If I have to answer... it's "no". It's totally different things you are talking about.

as far as i know, in Thailand, they called a man who has transformed to a woman with perfect woman figure as "Lady Boy".

I heard it when i was in Thai. In singapore also use this word i think. But i'm not really sure for other meanings..

The one you linked are not "Lady Boy"... they are women now. Go figure. I can't tell you anymore than this. =)

For your question, yes, they do enjoy becuase the word "fake" doesnt fit in here coz they are real now anyway.
